Trouble placing an order using the Android app

So sorry you are having trouble!

If you're encountering a problem on your Android device, the best thing to do is to restart the app.

You can restart the Red Stamp app by going to your Settings app, selecting “Apps” or “Application Manager”, selecting the Red Stamp app, and then selecting “Force stop” and “OK”. Then navigate back to your app home screen and tap “Red Stamp” to start again.

Also, make sure you are running on the latest app version
