Trouble placing an order using the iOS app

So sorry you are having trouble!

If you're having trouble placing your order or getting the "unable to connect to servers" message, rest assured, there is a simple fix. Just hard close the app on your device by following these instructions :: 

Step 1 :: The first thing to do would be to make sure you have the latest version of the app. If you have the latest version and you are still having trouble proceed to the next step.

Step 2 :: The best thing to do {which is also a cool little-known trick!} is to hard close the app and open it up again by following these instructions ::

-Double tap on the home button on your phone 
-Your open apps should now appear  
-Swipe up on the Red Stamp app to close it

Then try sending your card again from the sent folder.

Step 3 :: If that doesn't take care of the problem, try logging out and then logging back in by swiping the home screen of the app to the right. From there, click on "account" and then "profile". Choose the logout button and then log back in. 

Step 4 :: Our final recommendation would be to delete + re-install the app. To delete the app, just hold down one of the app icons and they will all start to move and a little black x will appear in the top left corner of every app. Tap on the x of the Red Stamp app to remove from your phone. Then go to the app store and install the Red Stamp app again. You will be prompted to type in your Apple ID password when you re-install the app.
