Sorry you are having trouble viewing the collection! First off, mobile devices are different from the website, in that connectivity is key. If you do not have a strong connection, receiving new/updated information will take longer. Can you try the following troubleshooting instructions below and let me know if that does the trick?
The best thing to do is to wait at least 1 full minute on the home screen to let all the new designs load in the collection before tapping into it.
If that doesn't work you can restart the Red Stamp app by going to your Settings app, selecting “Apps” or “Application Manager”, selecting the Red Stamp app, and then selecting “Force stop” and “OK”. Then navigate back to your app home screen and tap “Red Stamp” to start again.
Also, please make sure you're using the latest version of the app available in the google play store.
If you still have trouble viewing the collection after you have completed these steps, the issue may have to do with how much memory you have left on your phone. If you are at the limit for memory this can cause issues with apps.
Keep in mind is you can always view the collection on our web app at www.redstamp.com/collections
