How do I track my order?

You can always check your order status by signing into your account on the website @ www.redstamp.com > Your Account > Order Status. You should also receive a shipment confirmation email letting your know your order has shipped. To ensure delivery of these emails, please add support@redstamp.com to your address book.

  • If you are having your card mailed directly to your recipient and it is being mailed to a US address, it is sent via USPS First Class, so there isn't any tracking information. All cards are mailed from Minnesota, so delivery is typically 3-5 business days anywhere in the US.   • If your card is being mailed to an international address, is is also sent via USPS First Class, so we don't have any tracking information. Typical delivery is 7-10 days, but we have seen it extend to 14 during very busy times.   • If your order is being shipped to you in bulk via UPS you will receive the shipment confirmation email letting you know your order has shipped which includes your individual tracking number. You can also find the tracking number in your order status within your account. You can click on that link to see where your delivery is at in the send process.
