How do I cancel my order?

If you must cancel your order and it was placed within the last 30 minutes, you can log into your account on redstamp.com, click on 'Your Account' and choose 'Orders'. Your most recent order will be listed first. To cancel, select the 'Cancel Order' button. Your order status will update to 'Cancelled' and you will be automatically refunded.

If it has been longer than 30 minutes since you placed your order, email us at support@redstamp.com with your order number and we will do our best to honor your request. However, please note we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order as we print + mail orders as quickly as possible after they are placed.
